Service Department

Here in Portland, we have been providing Loewen windows and doors since 1996. As an official Loewen Window Centre (LWC) we buy directly from the factory. We make annual trips to the factory in Steinbach, Manitoba to remain abreast of new manufacturing methods, design concepts, developments, service techniques and product features.

Our pledge is to uphold the Loewen level of excellence and remain committed to continued training and education. Our installers are graduates of AAMA "Installation Masters" training certification program, which is a nationwide accredited program designed exclusively for the fenestration industry. LWC Service Technicians are required to take part in on-going training. Senior Technicians are graduates of Loewen's three-tiered curriculum. While the majority of service work is performed by us here locally, in extreme circumstances Loewen will send a technician from the factory to address difficult or unique situations.
